We provide the equipment, delivery, installation, stocking, and ongoing service calls at no cost to you. You simply provide the space and electricity; we take care of the rest.
02. How much space and power do you need?
A single unit typically needs about 3–5 linear feet of wall space and normal clearance in front for users. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet; we confirm exact space and power needs during your site assessment.
03. How secure is it?
Each unit is fully enclosed and remains locked until a user taps to unlock. AI-powered tracking and remote monitoring drastically reduce shrinkage compared with open self-serve markets.
04. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as popular mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). All transactions are processed securely and cashless.
05. Who chooses the assortment?
Dep X Press builds a curated assortment based on your building type and tenant profile, then refines it over time using sales data. You can always request specific items or categories and we’ll adjust the mix with you.
06. Can you stock wellness and first‑aid items?
Yes. We can include everyday wellness and first-aid essentials such as pain relief, cold remedies, bandages, and feminine care products.
07. How fast is replenishment?
Our team monitors inventory remotely and schedules visits before key items run low. Most locations are serviced weekly or more often, depending on traffic and usage.
08. What about cleaning and maintenance?
We handle routine cleaning of the unit, shelves, and glass, as well as any technical maintenance or service calls. Your existing janitorial team only needs to maintain the surrounding floor and common areas as usual.
09. What areas do you service?
We currently serve offices, gyms, and residential buildings across Greater Montreal and Laval. If your property is just outside this area, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.
10. How long does installation take?
Once your site is ready, the physical delivery and installation are usually completed in a few hours. In most cases, your cooler can be installed and activated in a single visit.
